Simonton Windows & Doors built the Simonton Mosaic app as a Free app. Home Improvement Professionals may use the App to develop professional quotes for consumers interested in Simonton Mosaic windows and patio doors. This App is provided by Simonton Windows & Doors at no cost through the Apple App Store for iPad devices and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our App.

If you choose to use our App or agree to having a quote generated with it, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used solely for the purposes of generating a quote. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our App, we may require Home Improvement Professionals and Consumers to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to company name, first name, last name, address, phone, email, home improvement project details, product interest for quoting purposes and product pricing information. The information that we request will be retained in the App and used by the Home Improvement Professional to estimate the cost of Simonton Mosaic windows and patio doors. Upon completion of the quote the consumer may request that the Home Improvement Professional provide a copy of the quote for future reference. Product pricing, options and availability are subject to change without notice and are provided for quoting purposes only. This App is not designed to collect any kind of payment or financial information and is intended solely for quotation purposes.

Personal Information Storage, Logging and Retention

While our App does store information pertaining to the current quote being prepared, none of your information will be logged or transmitted to a third party by the App. The App is designed to retain information for only one quote at a time and does not employ local or cloud based long-term storage of personal information. Each time a quote PDF is generated the previous quote is over-written, thus eliminating any previously generated quotes.

Sharing Personal Information

We may share personal information with third-party companies (Home Improvement Professionals) due to the following reasons:

To prepare a custom quote specific to your project needs;
Discuss your specific Window and/or patio door needs;
Discuss your specific home improvement project needs; or
Order Simonton Mosaic windows and patio doors on your behalf.

We want to inform users of this App that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, no mobile device, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Choices

You can review, revise, or delete personal information provided to the App during the quoting process using the App’s built-in controls. Personal Information provided by Consumers for the purposes of generating a quote can be deleted from the App by using the built-in Quote Reset controls. These controls erase any previously entered consumer based personal, product selection and home improvement project information that was collected. Home Improvement Professionals can use the controls found under the Profile section of the App to delete company and/or product pricing information. Deleting the App from your iPad will also delete any previously entered Personal Information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
